Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and maintain full-stack web applications — from user interface to server-side logic and database design.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across frontend and backend.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features
Optimize performance, security, and reliability of services and user-facing applications.
Design and manage database schemas, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, contribute to best practices, and help drive architectural and coding standards.
Maintain version control, manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD), and ensure stable, maintainable releases.
Requirements
3+ years (or more) of professional experience as a full-stack developer (frontend + backend) in production environments
Proficiency with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript + modern frameworks/libraries) and backend technologies (server-side languages, REST/API, services, databases).
Solid understanding of full web application lifecycle: UI, server logic, database, deployment, maintenance, scalability, and security.
Strong problem-solving skills, code quality awareness, readiness to refactor, optimize, and maintain long-term projects.
Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional, possibly distributed or remote, teams; good communication and responsibility
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices, modular architecture, or distributed systems.
Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD workflows, containerization, cloud infrastructure, or deployment automation.
Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases, caching, performance tuning, and web-app scaling.
Experience mentoring or leading parts of a technical team: code reviews, architectural decisions, technical guidance.
