What to do:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Set and monitor KPIs, metrics, and analytics to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent within gaming and large-scale IT environments.
- Lead staffing initiatives, ensuring strategic growth aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and implement performance review processes (Performance Reviews, 1-1s, 360-degree feedback).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee satisfaction.
- Ensure policies and procedures for leaves, vacations, and employee well-being are compliant and efficient.
- Directly supervise a team of 2 professionals (HR Partner and Recruiter).
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development to direct reports.
- Build and refine HR processes tailored to a mid-sized team of 70-100 employees, optimizing workflow and enhancing employee experience.
- Analyze and improve staffing processes, performance reviews, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
You have:
- 2+ years in a similar role, with balanced experience in recruitment and HR functions.
- Prior experience managing HR and recruiting for a team of up to 100 employees.
- Experience with iGaming/Gambling as plus
- Understanding of EU labor legislation (basic)
- Track record in gaming or large IT outsourcing/product companies.
- Strong experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and process analytics for recruitment and HR functions.
- Candidates currently based in Europe or willing to relocate to Bratislava are preferred.
- Open to candidates from Ukraine, with relocation support provided if needed.
