You will work closely with business and operations teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and transparent financial workflows.

Requirements / Your Background
- 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development using C# / .NET
- Proven experience in FinTech systems — core banking, remittance platforms, payment processing
- Strong understanding of money movement, reconciliation, and transaction workflows
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, partner/banking integrations, and financial automation
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases and experience with data consistency/reconciliation logic
- Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services and API-based architectures
- Understanding of security and compliance related to financial data exchange
- Ability to define and document functional and technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with business and operations teams to improve financial processes
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
