Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of electrical system design and specification, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Consult with architectural and engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration and optimal design solutions.
- Oversee and supervise project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Estimate project costs, negotiate contracts, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage projects of varying sizes, ensuring that each is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to drive cohesive project solutions.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 10 years in consulting Electrical Engineering, with specific experience in the design and management of industrial and manufacturing facilities.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
- Proven project management experience with a strong record of managing complex engineering projects.
- Must be eligible to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, estimating project costs, and negotiating contracts.
- Strong leadership abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
