We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate for our client - a nationally recognized law firm. Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development projects.
  • Advise developers, investors, and lenders on real estate secured financings, joint ventures, and governance matters.
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements and transaction documents.
  • Counsel clients on zoning appeals, tax assessments, entitlement issues, and workforce housing agreements.
  • Manage and close complex real estate transactions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • South Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility for admission).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Strong expertise in real estate finance, zoning, entitlement, and land use.
  • Preferred experience negotiating joint ventures and representing developers, lenders, and institutional clients.
