Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and improve our AI-driven systems for generating playable ads and HTML5 / Web-based games — combining generative AI, game logic and interactive mechanics.
Prototype new playable concepts and iterate fast — building, testing, and refining interactive experiences.
Integrate AI-generated content (art, levels, mechanics) into playable formats ensuring compatibility, performance and stability across platforms.
Develop, maintain and optimize the system infrastructure and pipelines that power content generation, asset processing, and deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, artists, AI engineers and product teams to align technical systems with creative vision and business goals.
Evaluate system outputs for quality, performance and user-experience; iterate to improve generation logic, asset loading, and runtime behavior.
Keep documentation on system architecture, pipelines, generation workflows and version control — ensuring system scalability, maintainability, and clarity for the team.

Requirements
Strong background in software engineering with a focus on interactive systems, game development or web-based games (HTML5 / WebGL / JS engines).
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and experience with game/interactive frameworks such as Three.js, PlayCanvas, Phaser, or similar.
Experience or familiarity with generative AI workflows, content generation pipelines, or AI-assisted asset generation integration.
Good understanding of system architecture, pipelines, optimization, asset loading, performance tuning in web / game contexts.
Ability to prototype and iterate quickly — comfort with building, testing, debugging interactive experiences under uncertainty.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across creative and technical teams.
Passion for interactive games, playable ads and pushing the boundaries of what AI + games can achieve.

Nice to Have
Experience in AI/ML — understanding generative models, content generation, AI pipelines.
Familiarity with asset optimization, 3D/2D art pipelines, or asset management workflows.
Experience with version control, build pipelines, continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) for games or web-based projects.
Previous work on playable ads, mobile game monetization, or game ad performance optimization.
