Client is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Practice in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced transactional attorney with 4–7 years of experience in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. You will work on complex, high-value financial transactions for top-tier clients in a collaborative and supportive environment, alongside some of the most respected legal professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and other complex lending transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with a high level of precision.
  • Provide legal and strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Contribute to client relationship management and business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree (required).
  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred; relocation and bar application support available).
  • 4–7 years of transactional law experience.
  • Strong background in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance.
  • Exceptional academic record and strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
