We are seeking a Structural Engineer with expertise in stabilizing spaces, walls, and waterproofing projects, and a strong background in structural engineering—ideally in concrete and steel. The role is primarily focused on residential projects, but commercial experience may also be considered.

What to do:  
  • Assess, design, and implement structural solutions for basement stabilization and waterproofing projects. 
  • Apply expertise in concrete and steel to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. 
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions tailored to residential needs. 
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing clear guidance and customer-facing support during project discussions. 
  • Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and reports for foundational repairs and reinforcements.

You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred. Candidates with EIT certification and substantial relevant experience may also be considered. 
  • 5–7 years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on foundational projects. 
  • Strong familiarity with concrete and steel materials, particularly in residential applications. 
  • U.S.-based structural engineering experience is required. 
  • Experience in residential projects is strongly preferred; candidates with commercial project experience may also be considered. 
  • Local candidates from the greater Omaha area are strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional knowledge of structural engineering principles and applications in concrete and steel. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to customers and teams.

  • Must have experience working as a structural engineer in the United States
  • Must have the ability to be customer-facing with a strong ability to communicate clearly and fully in English
