Customer Care Representative (German-speaking) (Remote)

We are looking for a dedicated German-speaking Customer Care Representative to handle inbound calls related to banking services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Location: Romania (Remote)

Schedule: Shift rotation from 9 AM to 10 PM, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support).
  • Assist clients with banking card issues, including blocking and unblocking cards, and managing fraud-related cases.
  • Ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Record and document all interactions with clients following company procedures.
  • Offer clear and effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • English fluency at a B2 level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and dynamic approach to customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive customer information.
