You have:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Proven experience in negotiation
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Skills that will be a plus:
- Previous work experience with Jira
- Experience with the EU Market
What to do:
- Opportunity to work in the Chisinau’s office (Moldova)
- Source, screen, and attract candidates
- Publish positions through various resources (DOU, djinni, LinkedIn, company website, Facebook posts and groups, Telegram channels, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with candidates
- Process incoming CVs for all open positions
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with Hiring Managers
- Introduce the company during written and verbal communications
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Work with Task Management systems such as Jira
- Maintain the candidate database
- Continuously monitor the job market
