Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and effective support.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
  • Determine when cases should be escalated to another department or senior representative.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve and properly close help tickets.
  • Document each action taken and categorize cases and potential bugs for the engineering team to address.
  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Professional experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, or Social Media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality, capable of adapting and staying calm in all situations.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
  • Independent working ability while being a strong team player.
