Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and effective support.
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
- Determine when cases should be escalated to another department or senior representative.
- Collaborate with other specialists to resolve and properly close help tickets.
- Document each action taken and categorize cases and potential bugs for the engineering team to address.
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Professional experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, or Social Media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality, capable of adapting and staying calm in all situations.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency.
- Independent working ability while being a strong team player.
