Client needs a candidate, with experience in B2B, should be connected to the B2B field related to content (game providers). Our portfolio includes more than 100 successful cases of promotion of top bloggers and creators. Our main driving force is a team of more than 300 professionals, creatives and technical geniuses who are constantly looking for gamebreak solutions and opportunities that exceed standard expectations. What to do:
  • Develop creative ideas, mechanics, and strategies for promoting influencers on Instagram Reels, Twitter, Snapchat, and Onlyfans
  • Participate in setting tasks for the production department, prepare presentations, organize and control all processes in this area
  • Develop a plan for the launch of a new influencer: from the planning stages to the project implementation
  • Organize the work and processes of the department to improve productivity
  • Supervise the team's performance
  • Take an active part in the development of the company's brand
  • Search for contractors, do financial control
  • Launching and supporting the market introduction of various products.
  • Assembling the necessary team for implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Significant opportunities for growth across various domains, as the products will be diverse in nature within the B2B segment, and the workload will be substantial.
  • Routine tasks include market and competitor analysis and conducting various types of research.

You have:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Influencer marketing
  • Be sure to have experience with Instagram Reels, understand the mechanics of this traffic acquisition channel, and have a good marketing taste
  • Be deeply immersed in the field and understand industry trends
  • Know and understand the metrics of channels and bloggers
  • Be able to independently search and analyze references, study the strategies of other influencers
  • Understand the technical side of marketing, have skills in working with trackers
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information, and developing strategies.
  • Building processes and departments from scratch.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding the functioning of various domains (SMM, SEO, design, PR, analytics, etc.).
  • Fluent in Russian, English at B2 level
  • Experience in organizing and participating in exhibitions.
