Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming message requests from customers via phone, chat, and email, providing resolutions.
- Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
- Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.
- Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead when applicable.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Provide an exemplary customer experience.
- Meet quality standards for all handled contacts.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours and be punctual.
- Maintain targets related to response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with project KRAs.
- Undertake additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to better service and KPI improvement.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Dutch, Danish, German or Norwegian and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
- Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy.
- Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shift hours or part-time, adapting quickly to prioritization changes.
- Clean background check (no criminal record) and willingness to participate in the background check process.
