We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (English+Dutch, Danish, Norwegian or German) to join our team in Riga as a Customer Support Agent, where you will assist customers of a payment platform by providing timely and effective solutions. Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming message requests from customers via phone, chat, and email, providing resolutions.
  • Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
  • Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.
  • Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead when applicable.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Provide an exemplary customer experience.
  • Meet quality standards for all handled contacts.
  • Adhere to the scheduled work hours and be punctual.
  • Maintain targets related to response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with project KRAs.
  • Undertake additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to better service and KPI improvement.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Dutch, Danish, German or Norwegian and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy.
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shift hours or part-time, adapting quickly to prioritization changes.
  • Clean background check (no criminal record) and willingness to participate in the background check process.
