Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient support.
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- Determine when an issue should be escalated to another department or senior representative.
- Collaborate with other specialists to resolve or close help tickets.
- Document each action taken, categorizing cases and potential bugs for the engineering team.
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, or Social Media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
- Resourceful and resilient personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
