Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient support.
  • Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Determine when an issue should be escalated to another department or senior representative.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve or close help tickets.
  • Document each action taken, categorizing cases and potential bugs for the engineering team.
  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Public Relations, or Social Media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Resourceful and resilient personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
